Shower surround repair in Sequim

Here's a recent job I completed at a rental house here in Sequim. The shower water supply line had broken away from the valve and water had leaked into the wall for a while, which created dry rot and damaged sheetrock.

Here are the pictures showing the broken pipe, damaged wall, new valve installed, new 1/2 inch Hardibacker, new tile, and then, the final result.
Notice the dry rot and sheetrock damaged caused by the broken pipe...New valve installed below...

Hardibacker installed, and new 4" tile installed directly onto that.
And here's the finished shower... looking and working great!

Decking repaired in Sequim

Is your deck looking old and worn out? Are there rotted or broken boards on it? Is it time to get a facelift or does it need repairs? If you answer 'yes' to any of these questions, we can help!
Check out the pictures from a recent job we did in Sequim. We replaced the decking with Trex decking, Saddle color, with color matched screws, and it turned out great.
For this job we removed the existing decking, which was treated 2 x 4s. We also had to re-inforce the deck to better support the Trex, so we added additional joists to make the support beams 12 inch on center. This means a stronger deck with less flex that will last for years.
Give us a call and we'll come by and see what your deck needs to look great and be safe!
